Ghislain de Rengervé

After various assignments in the human resources departments of international companies such as DANONE and LES CIMENTS FRANCAIS and in the consultancy firm HAYGROUP, Ghislain de Rengervé was appointed European Human Resources Director of a high-tech service' division of SCHLUMBERGER. In this position, he developed and deployed a policy focused on the performance of managers and the development of international careers.

Ghislain de Rengervé then became Compensation & Benefits Manager of CARBONE LORRAINE. He developed and set up on a worldwide basis :

  • remuneration policies, to support the management of performance,
  • a process of piloting careers with the objective to develop the competences of managers and experts, as well as the identification of key people and high potentials,
  • a continuous improvement process applied to the human resources organization, with reporting system and performance indicators.

In charge of international transfers of CARBONE LORRAINE, present in more than 40 countries, Ghislain de Rengervé has defined and implemented a coherent framework to the international transfers' practices, in order to stimulate the international management of careers. He is an expert in international mobility.

Then, he decides to create the Consulting and Outsourcing Company ESSERE ASSOCIES.
